TVXQ & JYJ Members To Attend First Public Event Together Since 2009 Split  
 
A long awaited K-Pop reunion may take place on November 24.
The three members of JYJ and the two remaining members of TVXQ are reported to be attending the premiere of the upcoming movie, Big Match. 
The five were all part of TVXQ when the group debuted under SM Entertainment in 2003. Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment in 2009 and left TVXQ and its remaining members Jung Yunho and Shim Changmin. The five men have not been seen in public together since the the split.
TVXQ's Changmin and Yunho will reportedly be attending the Big Match premiere to support of singer and actress BoA, one of their SM Entertainment label-mates. The two remained part of the company following the group's split, and returned under the same name as a duo in 2011 with "Keep Your Head Down."
Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu are said to be attending the same event to support the lead actor, Lee Jungjae, who is one of their label-mates from their current agency, C-JeS Entertainment. JYJ released their first album, "The Beginning," in 2010, despite lawsuits that were only recently resolved in 2014.  
JYJ and TVXQ have referenced one another in the past five years, but have not publicly spoken about whether there is any personal relationship between the former bandmates.
In 2012, SM Entertainment and JYJ agreed to terminate all contracts and not interfere with each other's activities, but there have been alleged instances when SM Entertainment influenced parts of the Korean entertainment industry to exclude JYJ from certain events. JYJ is still banned from performing on several Korean television networks.
Big Match is a thriller-comedy film starring Lee Jungjae, Shin Hakyun, Lee Sungmin, and BoA. Lee Jungjae plays Choi Ikho, a man who must save his brother and himself while participating in a dangerous game built to entertain the wealthy.
The movie will premiere on November 27 in South Korean theaters.
