薛景求於1號下午播出的SBS綜藝節目《Healing Camp》中，透露自己的女兒是JYJ的歌迷。
當天薛景求表示：「一定要好好跟我女兒聊聊…也一定要跟JYJ說說話才行。」此話一出也引起現場一片笑聲。
薛景求說：「一定要這麼做才行啊…我女而嚴格地命令我」透露了讀高中的女兒是「JYJ的狂飯」。
薛景求「JYJ一旦有活動我就會緊張起來，真希望他們只在首爾活動就好了」透露了一個平凡老爸的小小願望。而薛景求為了與女兒擁有共通話題，還特地記住了關於JYJ的資訊，對JYJ的事務所、JYJ所有成員的名字都瞭若指掌。
接著薛景求道：「因為想要和JYJ變熟，有私下見過面、邀請他們參加電影《Tower》的試映會、也一起去看了電影」並說；「結果女兒不看電影就光看JYJ了。還留下了金俊秀喝過的可樂罐，我們也一起去了金俊秀的演唱會。」
